Some previous strata, property or administrative experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:Managing or supporting a portfolio of body corporate schemesPreparing agendas, minutes, notices and meeting documentationPreparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetingsCommunicating with owners, committee members, contractors and other stakeholdersCoordinating maintenance requests and following up outstanding workAssisting with budgets, levies,
