Our client is a Queensland Government-owned organisation in the utilities sector, making a meaningful impact on communities and the workplace.
Through customer-focused service and operational excellence, it plays a critical role in supporting sustainable growth across the region.
They are currently recruiting for a Solution Architect (AVEVA PI System) to start asap.
Background
Our client is undertaking the implementation of the AVEVA PI System to establish a modern operational data platform that enables the collection, management, visualisation, and analysis of real-time operational data across water and wastewater assets.
The solution will provide a scalable foundation for operational monitoring, performance reporting, event management, compliance reporting, and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
Extensive experience designing and implementing AVEVA PI System solutions.
Strong understanding of PI Asset Framework (AF), Analyses, Event Frames, and PI Vision.
Experience integrating PI System with enterprise data platforms and cloud services.
Knowledge of OT, SCADA, telemetry, and industrial control system architectures.
Experience developing architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance frameworks.
Utility, water, wastewater experience highly regarded

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in both IT and OT
Proven track record of delivering solutions using the Aveva PI System
Availableimmediately.
Hybrid work model – 2 days remote, 3 days in-office or asrequired.
