Reviewing drawings, specifications and client requirements
Coordinating procurement, suppliers, deliveries and installation teams
Liaising with clients, builders, architects and other project stakeholders
Monitoring progress and resolving issues before they affect delivery
Managing variations, project documentation and progress reporting
Overseeing quality, site requirements, defects and final handover
About you
Project management experience in commercial furniture, joinery, fit-out, construction or a related industry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
The ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and variations
A proactive approach and a strong eye for detail
Good computer skills and experience using project management systems
A current driver's licence
Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications will be well regarded

You'll coordinate clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep projects moving, manage expectations and deliver quality outcomes.
