We're looking for an experienced HVAC Team Leader to join our Perth team.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you'll lead a team of HVAC Service Technicians while remaining hands-on in the field.
You'll provide technical leadership, support day-to-day operations, and ensure preventative maintenance and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician or existing Team Leader who enjoys mentoring others while continuing to work on the tools.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team with ongoing opportunities for development and career progression.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years'experience working within the commercial HVAC industryExperience working with commercial HVAC systemsWhite Card, Working With Children Check, Police Check (or ability to obtain)Strong communication and qualified presentationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety for yourself and others

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support a team of HVAC TechniciansRemain hands-on, performing servicing, maintenance,



fault finding and repairs on commercial HVAC systemsAct as the technical escalation point for the teamCoordinate daily activities with the Account Manager and Service CoordinatorsEnsure preventative maintenance and reactive works are completed safely, on time and to a high standardAssist with technician training, development and performanceComplete site inspections, minor quotations and technical reportsPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirementsBuild positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
