Cater Care Services is seeking a dynamic Village Manager for a remote mining village in NSW.
The role is on an 8/6 roster with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) from Melbourne or Adelaide.
Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.Key responsibilities include managing accommodation reservations, site catering and accommodation services, and leading a team with full P&L; oversight focused on labor and food costs.
Robust admin and remote-management experience are essential.
