You will lead the team, manage resources, and use your expertise to ensure we not only hit peak performance and safety standards daily but also prioritise preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly in the long run.Primary ResponsibilitiesImplement a service-centric strategy for overseeing guest needs while executing scheduled maintenanceEnsure explicit and efficient communication at all levels, from the General Manager to guests and on-site contractorsReport and track programmed maintenance while keeping stakeholders engaged, including external contractors with email and telephone communicationsFoster close collaboration with all departments to effectively address and resolve issues as they ariseSkills and ExperienceA dynamic leader with a background in maintenance or engineering,
