The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and Traditional Owners to ensure the organisation operates transparently, ethically and effectively while protecting Wangkumarra native title rights and interests.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & ComplianceDemonstrated leadership experience in Aboriginal organisations, community organisations or governance environmentsStrong understanding of Native Title,



Indigenous governance or land management frameworksExperience working respectfully with Traditional Owners and Aboriginal communitiesFinancial oversight and business acumenStrong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with RNTBCs or Native Title organisationsKnowledge of ILUAs and future act negotiationsExperience establishing new organisations or scaling organisational capacity.Willing to produce or obtain Police check, Working with Children and full driver's licence.This position is an Indigenous Identified role.
