Civmec Defence Industries is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our Henderson team, supporting major Defence projects including SEA1180. You will lead a team of document controllers, ensure integrity of documentation, and uphold stringent security standards within a regulated Defence setting.

The role requires mentoring staff, managing workflows and audits, and collaborating with project teams, clients and stakeholders to maintain accurate records and compliance.
