we know the commute to work is a killer & we want to provide you with flexibility back into your schedule.You will play a crucial role supporting our brokers, working closely with clients/lenders throughout the settlement process.Who We're Looking For:Someone with ambition & a passion for property.Minimum 1.5 years settlements/mortgage broking experience.Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage high-volume workloadsConfident working independently in a remote setting while also being a team player (you go FAST alone but you go FAR together).Excellent customer service & communication skills—both written and verbalKey Responsibilities:Assist with lodging applications and managing through to Settlement.Communicate with clients & lenders through the loan document process.Meet deadlines with accuracy.Maintain accurate records and file notes in our CRM and internal systemsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience ($75k - $85k + Super + Annual performance bonus)100% remote - giving you flexibility back into your schedule.The opportunity to get in at the ground level and be an integral part of building a Next Generation Brokerage.A fun, flexible, and collaborative work culture - what we do best.
