This full-time role supports the Executive Chef with menu development, food standards, and efficient kitchen operations.You will work in a fast-paced, detail‐driven workplace, ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock and presentation, and mentor junior staff while delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
