Serving industries including mining, manufacturing, energy, water, oil & gas and heavy industry, they are known for their technical expertise, product innovation and commitment to customer success across international markets.DescriptionProspecting and developing new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.Promoting a broad range of sealing products including O-rings, gaskets, hydraulic seals, rotary seals and related engineered solutions.Conducting regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.Managing sales pipelines,



forecasts and KPI reporting through CRM systems.Preparing quotations and coordinating customer requirements with internal teams.Monitoring market activity, competitor trends and emerging opportunities.Representing the business at industry events, trade shows and customer functions.Consistently achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets.ProfileProven success in a field-based B2B sales role within Pumps, Valves, Sealing Mechanisms or similar.Experience managing a sales pipeline and winning new business.Robust relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to technical or engineering-related products and applications.The ability to understand customer challenges and provide value-driven solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Experience using CRM systems and managing sales activity effectively.An engineering, mechanical or technical background will be essential.Job OfferFully Remote Role.Salary of AUD 90,000 to AUD 105,000 + Super + 30k OTEFully maintained company vehicle.Career progression opportunities within a global organisation.Comprehensive product and technical training.Autonomous field-based role with strong internal support.Opportunity to work with respected industrial brands and customers across a diverse range of industries.
