NSW Health in Griffith is seeking a Wellbeing Nurse – Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to support children, young people and families. You will identify health, wellbeing and social needs, provide early intervention and coordinate care across school and community settings.The role is permanent part time with up to 32 hours per week, offering a salary of $128,301.89–$132,523.13 per annum pro rata plus super and 17.5% leave loading, with relocation considerations.
