Ormeggio Pty in Mosman is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Ormeggio 3.0 kitchen. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver refined, high‐quality dishes and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Ormeggio 3.0.
This role offers a path to grow within one of Sydney's most respected hospitality groups. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of fine dining experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and robust Italian cuisine knowledge.
