Location: Maddington - Western AustraliaPrivate Blends is continuing to expand nationally, with an exciting new store opening in Maddington, Western Australia.We are seeking an experienced, polished, and commercially minded Store Manager to lead this new location from launch and help drive the next stage of growth for the brand across Western Australia.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in premium retail environments, has a strong eye for presentation and visual merchandising, and enjoys leading from the front.The RoleAs Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance, culture, and presentation of the store. You will lead and develop your team, deliver a premium customer experience, and ensure the store consistently reflects the high standards of the Private Blends brand.You will be hands‐on, commercially minded, and confident balancing leadership with day‐to‐day retail operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail teamDrive store sales performance and achieve KPIsDeliver a premium and personalised customer experienceMaintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standardsAssist with visual merchandising support, reviews, and setup across other Melbourne locations when requiredManage rosters, staffing, wage control, and day-to-day operationsOversee stock control,
