Granata's Merrylands is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the restaurant kitchen, direct cooks and food prep, and ensure timely delivery of dishes from entrees to mains. You will help plan menus based on seasonal availability, supervise kitchen staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality, and collaborate with the Director on recruitment and supplier coordination.
