Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Manage end-to-end property sales campaigns with confidence and precision
- Build, strengthen and convert strong relationships across the local community
- Deliver a premium client experience from appraisal through to successful settlement
- Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics and local activity to maximise outcomes and credibility
- Represent the brand at the highest level with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For





- 4+ years' experiencein residential sales ideally with strong familiarity with the local community
- Strong understanding of thelocal market
- Demonstrate a proven track record in listings and sales
- You are a strong relationship manager with ability to build rapport with existing and new clients
- Highly capable in prospecting and equipped with strong negotiation skills
- Client centric approach and self-driven individual
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
