ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an awesome Business Development Manager who will play an integral role in acquiring new business opportunities and account management in line with sales strategies of the company.

Responsibilities will include:

- Utilise growing market knowledge to increase market size
- Analysis of existing company customers and market penetration
- Research and identify target customer opportunities
- Identify any gaps in the companies' projects or services that may restrain growth
- Provide tools to develop new customer relationships including training
- Attend customer meetings to develop core customer relationships
- Apply industry best practice in sales presentations and demonstrations, manage formal quotations for products and services
- Advise management on business strategies to achieve growth,



including the establishment of satellite distribution/sales centres in targeted growth regions
- Attend industry events and trade exhibitions when required to enhance the companies range of products and services to enable growth

About You

- You will be highly customer-focused and driven to utilise your existing and proven negotiation and influential skills to achieve targets in a complex and dynamic organisation
- Your demonstrated experience in sales and your versatile approach to tailoring business solutions with the ability to collaborate with our business stakeholders will be essential to the success in this position
- You will be challenged with identifying new opportunities, networking and following leads which meet the customer expectations whist achieving multiple business objectives, and engagement with internal stakeholders
