Ripples Milsons Point is reopening soon and SRG Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor from the first cover. You will build the front-of-house team, set the service standard and own how this harbourfront venue performs under SRG's family-run banner.

You will recruit, induct and train the FOH team prior to opening, brief every service period, and actively manage guest experience across channels.
