My client is a global software business that specialise in industry leading and award winning Fraud, AML and Risk solutions.
They are expanding extensively across Australia and APAC and now require someone to head up the sales function based in Sydney.

You will be part of an expanding operation, growing a team and playing a key part in taking current products to market. You will be working for a dynamic and industry disrupting global business that has an extremely strong brand both globally and domestically.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and grow the business to become a world class sales organisation
- Strong Leadership of the sales team
- Develop and deliver strategic growth plans around existing and new customers
- Establish and implement new processes, procedures, tools and training
- Assist with pipeline management
- Assist with creation and delivery of strategy for the region
- Grow the sales team across APAC
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams




- Hands on business development where required

Key experience required:

- Extensive track record of sales and sales management within a software / services / consulting environment
- Experience of growing and managing sales teams
- An understanding or background within AML, KYC, Risk
- Experience of owning and running a P&L;
- Consultative approach to sales with executive level credibility
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
