Flood Recovery Road Works Project EOI

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced and safety-focused HC Drivers, HR Drivers and Roller Operators to potentially join a 4-month flood recovery road works project. This is an opportunity to be part of essential infrastructure works, helping restore and improve road networks impacted by recent weather events.

Multiple positions are available with ongoing work, competitive rates, and the opportunity to work with a highly respected civil construction group.

Positions Available:

HC Drivers

- Tipper & Tag
- Semi Water Tanker
- Semi Float
- Truck & Dog

HR Drivers

- HR Water Truck
- HR Tipper

Roller Operators

- Smooth Drum Rollers
- Multi-Tyre Rollers

About the Role:

- Flood recovery and road rehabilitation works
- Bulk earthworks, pavement construction and maintenance
- Operating and maintaining plant and equipment safely
- Conducting pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Following all site safety procedures and requirements

What We're Looking For:

- Relevant HC or HR licence (for driver positions)
- Demonstrated experience operating relevant plant and equipment
- Construction White Card
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety




- Ability to work in regional and remote locations if required
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Civil road construction experience highly regarded
