About the Role:
Provide expert HSEQ guidance to site operations, helping maintain safe work practices, manage operational risks, meet compliance obligations, and strengthen a proactive approach to health, safety, environment and quality performance.

Main responsibilities include:

- Coordinate workplace inspections, audits and HSEQ performance monitoring activities to ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the organisation's HSEQ Management System and site-specific HSEQ plans.
- Provide HSEQ advice, training and support to employees, contractors and site leadership.
- Maintain HSEQ reporting systems and promote a proactive culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Recognised qualification in HSE/WHS (minimum Diploma).
- Current First Aid qualification.
- C Class Driver's Licence.
- ICAM qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HSE role, preferably within mining, construction, manufacturing, or a similar heavy industry environment.




- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, reporting procedures and risk management practices.
- Experience with safety management and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid literacy, numeracy and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Willingness to DIDO to a remote site (90km from central Perth).
