The role:





- Manage end-to-end NSW Workers Compensation claims
- Make liability decisions and drive effective claims strategies
- Manage complex physical and psychological injury claims
- Build robust stakeholder relationships and deliver sustainable return-to-work outcomes

What we're looking for:

- NSW Workers Compensation case management experience
- Strong understanding of legislation and liability decisions
- Experience managing complex claims across the claims lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
