Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator
Parental Leave Cover (6 months with possible extension)
Rockingham, WA

Part time – 30 Hours

Monday: 6am–9am / 2pm–6pm
Tuesday: 12pm–6pm
Wednesday: 6am–9am / 2pm–6pm
Thursday: 12pm–6pm
Friday: 2pm–6pm

Rockingham PCYC is seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month parental leave cover. In this rewarding role, you will lead a dedicated team of educators to deliver an engaging, inclusive, and high-quality before and after school program and also vacation care.

About the Role:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rockingham OSHC service, including leading the on-the-floor delivery and program development.
- Build, lead and support a team of educators
- Build robust relationships with families, children and the school community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and all relevant regulations.

About you:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or other ACEQA approved qualifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about create a safe and nurturing space for children
- Possess or willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR and a National Police Clearance.
