About the Company
I'm working with a builder/developer delivering a $100m multi-residential development in regional Queensland.

It's a sizeable project, and importantly, one they're resourcing properly.

The business is putting together a strong delivery team across construction, engineering and commercial, with an experienced Project Director overseeing the build.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of the project in either Bundaberg or Mackay.

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll have the support of a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Site Manager, Supervisor, Foreman and dedicated commercial support.

You'll be responsible for the overall construction programme, coordinating the delivery team, managing subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations.

With the right people around you, the focus is on managing the build rather than being stretched across multiple roles.

About You
We're keen to speak with Project Managers who have:

- A strong background in residential or multi-residential construction.




- Experience delivering sizeable or complex construction projects.
- A positive understanding of civil works, groundworks and associated infrastructure.
- Some exposure to commercial construction would be beneficial.
- Strong programming, subcontractor management and commercial skills.
- Experience leading site teams and managing projects through to completion.

Experience across both residential and civil construction would be ideal, although we're open to strong residential PMs who haven't necessarily covered both.
