HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Advisor to join an Australian market leader who are growing their Workers Compensation division.

The Role & Portfolio

- You will be working amongst a team who are passionate and who are focused on positive workers' compensation claims outcomes.
- Determine liability and make sound decisions on complex and sensitive claims.
- Develop and implement claim strategies to achieve optimal recovery and claim cost outcomes.
- Work with experienced Self Insurance leaders and a high performing technical claims team managing the claims end to end for the employers injured workers.

About You

- Significant experience managing Queensland Workers Compensation claims, desirable Self Insurance background managing claims end to end.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland workers compensation legislation and claims management principles.
- Experience making liability decisions and managing complex claims
- Have a genuine,



caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.
