About the Position

Earning $70–75K + super, you’ll be a key point of contact for staff and guests, ensuring service standards remain high and the team is well supported. Position Description

- Oversee daily venue operations and lead service during allocated shifts
- Supervise, support and motivate the hospitality team
- Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation
- Coordinate staff tasks and communicate shift priorities
- Assist with rostering, training and onboarding team members




- Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support food, beverage and gaming operations where required
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming and workplace safety requirements
- Communicate operational updates and issues to senior management

Position Requirements

- Previous experience as a Venue Supervisor, Duty Manager or senior hospitality team member
- Experience in a busy pub, club, RSL or similar hospitality environment
- Confident leading teams and coordinating service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities during busy trading periods
- Understanding of food, beverage and gaming operations
- Knowledge of RSA and relevant compliance requirements
- Current RSA, RCG and TAB compliance certification essential
- Reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
