About the Role

You'll provide evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation across a broad range of conditions, including:

- Shoulder injuries and post-operative rehabilitation
- Sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
- Workplace injuries and return-to-work rehabilitation
- Upper limb conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand
- Complex rehabilitation and functional recovery programs

You'll also collaborate with GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians, employers and insurers to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

About You

We're looking for a motivated Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and continuing to develop professionally.

- A minimum of 1 year's clinical physiotherapy experience
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- A genuine interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and upper limb rehabilitation
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- A passion for helping patients return to work, sport and everyday activities

Previous experience in hand therapy or upper limb rehabilitation would be advantageous but is not essential.
