Ready for Your Next Opportunity? Elite Staffing is seeking an experienced Site Installer to join our client's team in a hands-on, site-based role across Melbourne metropolitan areas.

Offering a competitive salary of $85,000 to $110,000 per annum plus superannuation, this opportunity is ideal for a practical, technically minded individual with experience installing architectural products, components or building-related products.

- You will travel to client sites across Melbourne, working on a variety of projects ranging from Tier 2 construction sites to owner-builder projects. This role offers exposure to different project environments and the opportunity to work alongside builders, contractors and other site professionals.
- Candidates with backgrounds in architectural installation, glazing, joinery, window and door installation, cabinetry or similar trades will be highly regarded.

- About the Role You will be responsible for installing, fitting and finishing architectural products across various client sites.
- Working from technical drawings, measurements and installation specifications, you will ensure products are installed accurately, safely and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing architectural products, components and assemblies on site.
- Measuring, marking out and positioning products in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, installation plans and measurements.
- Using hand and power tools to fit, secure and adjust components.
- Assisting with the installation of frames, window and door systems, screens, panels and other architectural products as required.
- Checking alignment, levels, dimensions and finished workmanship.




- Identifying installation issues and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Safely handling, moving and positioning materials and components.
- Working collaboratively with installers, builders, contractors and other site personnel.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work area.
- Following site safety procedures, work instructions and PPE requirements.
- Ensuring installation work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in site installation, architectural products or a similar hands-on trade.
- Practical experience using hand and power tools.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong measuring, fitting and installation skills.
- An understanding of construction site practices and workplace health and safety.
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workmanship.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- The ability to undertake hands-on, physically demanding work.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel to client sites across Melbourne metro.

The following experience will be highly regarded:

- Architectural product installation.
- Window and door installation.
- Glazing and glass installation.
- Joinery, cabinetry or shopfitting.
- Installation of frames, screens, panels and building components.
- Experience working on Tier 2 construction projects and owner-builder projects.





A current White Card and relevant construction safety tickets or licences will be advantageous where applicable to the role.
