RM Group is seeking an experienced ESD Consultant to work for a well-established Construction Company based in Sydney NSW.

Working as an ESD Consultant you will be working closely with electrical- mechanical and civil teams, architects, other internal and external stakeholders on Sustainability and energy productive solutions relating to Highrise construction, Education and premium Multi-residential properties construction ensuring complains to Australian environmental regulations.

Paying a salary from $130-140k/annum + Super depending on experience

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

- Experience in sustainability advice and reporting
- Managing projects with Greenstar project management and submissions -GSAP Status require and Well management




- Experience in Building performance simulation review (IES) - Energy, Daylight, Glare, Natural Ventilation, Thermal Comfort etc
- Experience in NABERS reporting ,
- NatHERS assessments (BERS Pro)
- BASIX certification experiece
- V3 reporting and certification
- Past experience doing Shade and ventilation analysis
- DA and SSDA ESD reporting
- Operational energy reporting
- Complete Lifecycle assessments.
- Must have permanent work rights in Australia
