About the role

Winston's Melbourne is a busy European-style neighbourhood bistro in Black Rock, and we're looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.

It's a wonderful tight nit team that support each other and deliver!

Key responsibilities

- Work across different sections during busy services

- Prepare à la carte dishes

- Maintain quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant kitchen

- Strong à la carte experience

- Confident working across different sections during busy services

- Passion for quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation

- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a close-knit team

- Solid communication and attention to detail

- Weekend availability is essential

- Full Australian working rights required
