Welcome customers and guide them through the Kokoda range. Understand each customer's travel plans, towing setup and budget, then match them to the right Kokoda. Manage your pipeline professionally: follow-ups, appointments and quotes handled promptly and personally. Work hand-in-hand with our customer care team, so the experience you start carries through build, delivery and aftercare. Represent the Kokoda brand at a standard our customers talk about.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers and guide them through the Kokoda range

- Understand each customer's travel plans, towing setup and budget, then match them to the right Kokoda

- Manage your pipeline professionally: follow-ups, appointments and quotes handled promptly and personally

- Work hand-in-hand with our customer care team, so the experience you start carries through build, delivery and aftercare

- Represent the Kokoda brand at a standard our customers talk about

About you

- Formally sales trained, with a proven track record. You know how to qualify, present, handle objections and close with integrity

- Caravan industry experience is essential. You can talk chassis, layouts, off-grid setups and towing with confidence

- Customer-first mindset.
