About the Role

An exciting casual chance has arisen to join a prestigious and iconic luxury retail brand at beautiful Melbourne store. Working approx 15 hours per week (flex) from ASAP until end of January, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury retail and delivering outstanding, elevated client experiences.
You will be part of a close-knit team, supporting daily store operations and representing the brand with sophistication and professionalism at all times.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering an exceptional and memorable client experience at every interaction
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Supporting daily store operations including stock management and visual merchandising
- Maintaining impeccable store presentation and back-of-house standards
- Participating in stock counts and assisting with deliveries




- Representing the brand with professionalism and warmth

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Polished, professional presentation and communication style
- A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work 3–4 shifts per week including weekends

- $34.82 per hour + superannuation (penalty rates for weekends)
