Your recent role
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the Healthcare division running smoothly, taking ownership of inventory, forecasting and sales order fulfilment while partnering closely with sales, logistics, vendors and customers.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will:

- Manage demand forecasting and sales projections
- Coordinate inventory availability, allocation and product releases
- Manage purchase orders, shipping schedules and backorders
- Oversee the end-to-end sales order process
- Liaise with vendors, customers, logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain product, pricing and master material information
- Coordinate product life cycle activities, including discontinued and end-of-life products
- Prepare inventory, stock availability and forecast reporting for the Healthcare team.

What you'll need to succeed




You’ll be an organised and proactive supply chain professional who enjoys taking ownership and working across different areas of a business. Ideally, you’ll have:

- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, inventory, order management or a similar coordination role
- A strong understanding of inventory and supply chain processes
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- SAP experience would be advantageous.
