Your new role
As the Change and Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of two key transformation initiatives focused on digital experience and AI-powered conversational search.Working closely with the Project Manager and a cross-functional Agile delivery team, you will develop and execute change management, communication, engagement and adoption strategies that prepare stakeholders for new ways of working and ensure project outcomes are successfully embedded.You will lead stakeholder engagement activities, establish and manage change champion networks, coordinate training and business readiness activities, develop communication collateral, facilitate business reference groups, and support benefits realisation across the program. Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams, you will translate complex project outcomes into clear, practical and engaging communications that support organisational change.
What you'll need to succeed

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in change management, communications or business readiness roles




- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks and best practices
- Proven experience delivering successful organisational change programs using frameworks such as Prosci, AgilePM or similar
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing a wide range of communication collateral
- Experience designing and delivering training, adoption and business readiness activities
- Experience facilitating workshops, reference groups and stakeholder forums
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on change risk mitigation
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and multidisciplinary project teams
