About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant in Pier Dining, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the daily operations of our waterfront dining venue.

From welcoming guests and delivering food and beverages to preparing our dining spaces, no two shifts will be the same!

You’ll also assist with setting up and packing down our dining areas, including safely lifting and moving furniture and equipment for our poolside operations.

No previous hospitality experience is required. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to guests.
- Help prepare, set up and pack down our dining and poolside areas.
- Assist with safely lifting, carrying and moving furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs and poolside furniture.
- Maintain clean, tidy and welcoming dining spaces.
- Support the team with restocking supplies and preparing for service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a great guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring for attitude, not experience!

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Friendly personality and good communication skills.




- Reliability, punctuality and a strong team spirit.
- Willingness to get involved in practical, hands-on tasks.
- Ability to safely assist with moving furniture and equipment, with appropriate training and assistance.
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.
- Availability to work Thursday to Sunday shifts.
