Human Resources Generalist required for a temporary role based in Murray Bridge - 5 months

This is Human Resources at the coalface.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist / Business Partner who enjoys working directly with managers, supervisors and employees and getting involved in the real day-to-day HR needs of a busy operational environment.
From absenteeism and employee queries to performance discussions, disciplinary matters, training and HR administration, you’ll be the approachable, practical HR support the business can rely on.
This temporary is to commence from mid November until the end of March to cover annual leave and the Christmas rush!
You’ll join a small HR team with an experienced HR Manager on-site for guidance, but you’ll need to be confident, self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload.
Day to day includes:
- Provide practical HR advice to managers and supervisors.




- Support performance and disciplinary discussions
- Manage daily absenteeism and employee matters
- Prepare weekly reports and HR summaries
- Coordinate training and maintain records
- Manage employee documentation and medical certificates
- Provide general HR administration and support
- Build strong relationships with the production workforce
Please note this position can either be full time or 4 days per week for the duration however it is based in Murray Bridge, so you’ll need to be comfortable with the commute.
