Transport for NSW seeks a Senior Service Manager to lead real-time Transport Management Centre operations, ensuring coordinated responses to incidents and high-demand periods. You will guide multiple functions and maintain a high-performing, inclusive culture in a 24/7 setting.

You will advise senior executives, coordinate statewide briefings, and partner with state agencies to keep customers moving safely. This is a full-time role based in Eveleigh, Sydney.
