Mission Australia is seeking a dedicated skilled to provide intensive psychosocial recovery support for individuals with complex mental health needs. This on-site role delivers outreach services across the community, helping clients achieve independence and sustainable tenancy outcomes.

You will build strong therapeutic relationships, coordinate supports with external services, and contribute to safer, trauma-informed care in line with individual goals.
