IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for the Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point. You will lead and coach the F&B; team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, upholding brand standards and driving revenue opportunities.

Must have full working rights in Australia, 2+ years in senior F&B;/restaurant roles, excellent guest service, and a NSW RSA competency card. Evening/weekend shifts and a robust team culture are expected.
