Applejack in Sydney is seeking a passionate Sommelier to join our growing hospitality team. You will assist in stock replenishment, provide expert wine recommendations, and contribute to a memorable guest experience across a premium dining concept.

Reporting to our Senior Sommelier, you will work with restaurant teams, support training, and help shape the wine program. A robust wine knowledge base and RSA certification are essential, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
