BlueCare’s Pinangba project is seeking a Quality Care Advisor to deliver expert clinical, quality and cultural governance across residential aged care services in Queensland. You will lead risk management, accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance, while supporting culturally protected, person-centred care aligned to the Pinangba framework.

This role requires a Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA, 3+ years RN experience in aged care, and strong capability in governance and communication.
