Black Rubber Pty in Melbourne seeks a hands-on Maintenance Fitter/Production 2IC to support a safe, effective tyre retreading operation. You will work on the factory floor, lead maintenance activities and help drive production targets.

Qualified fitter with supervisory experience is required; tyre retreading knowledge is advantageous. You will coordinate maintenance, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and reliability standards.
