Gransolar Group is seeking an experienced O&M; Manager to lead in office maintenance teams across PV and battery storage projects in Australia. You will collaborate with Plant Managers to coordinate technical activities, staff and contractors, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee maintenance plans, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions in electrical systems, with a focus on SCADA-enabled optimization and asset reliability.
