Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership within our Fernhill Home aged care team. You will lead care teams, develop care plans with residents and families, and support accurate documentation to enhance resident wellbeing.

The role requires Division 1 RN with AHPRA, at least 2 years’ RN experience, governance/ACFI experience, and the willingness to obtain a police/NDIS check.
