You will develop, expand and generate new business through targeted telemarketing campaigns, working both new prospects and existing clients, including customers who have gone quiet. You will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work as part of the wider sales team.

This is an office-based role at our Minchinbury office.

Full time (37.6 hours per week) or Part time on a casual basis (minimum 20 hours per week) is available.

Key responsibilities

- Build and plan potential customer lists for follow up
- Run telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert sales
- Build your daily call volume up to 30 successful contacted calls per day
- Support sales through targeted campaigns to key segments, including civil contractors, builders and racking companies
- Call customers inactive for 3, 6 and 12 months to reactivate accounts
- Build quick rapport and ask open questions to understand current and future opportunities we can support with our products
- Develop new and creative ways to win business
- Keep NetSuite updated with all calls, appointments and customer activity
- Maintain the NetSuite database, proactively and reactively
- Submit weekly KPIs to management

About you

- English must be your native tongue




- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls to existing and new customers
- 2 years outbound sales or telemarketing experience or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written skills for emails and quotes
- Time management and organisation, with the ability to work without constant supervision
- Skilled presentation and a positive image of the company
- CRM/ERP experience, NetSuite preferred
