PTS Group is seeking a Leading Hand Civil Tradesman (Concreter, Machanic) to lead a small crew on regional NSW pipeline and civil projects. The role is hands-on, with remote site leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will work on water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, drainage, earthworks, and general civil construction for councils, utilities and government clients. The role offers progression and a solid crew culture.
