Avina is launching a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathology graduates, offering structured onboarding, gradual caseload ramp-up, and robust clinical supervision. You’ll work across community, clinic, home and school settings with multidisciplinary support in Brisbane and across Queensland.

You’ll learn through shadowing, case consultations and MDT involvement, building your clinical identity and confidence in a supportive, values-driven team.
