ABB in Melbourne seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to drive power system engineering solutions for the Energy Industries team. You will lead multi-disciplinary groups (5–25 engineers) in advanced analyses, grid code studies, and on-site commissioning, ensuring protected and compliant project delivery.

You will act as technical lead, coordinate customers and contractors, and mentor junior engineers, while shaping solutions and managing changes throughout project lifecycles.
