Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking a Pool Team Leader to oversee the delivery of pool operations, programming and customer service at Bega War Memorial Pool and BVSC facilities. You will supervise staff, implement aquatic programs, and ensure compliance with BVSC requirements.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Sports, Aquatics & Recreation and at least four years in the aquatic industry, with solid communication and administrative skills.
