We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about sales and building long‑term client relationships and delivering exceptional service. This role is primarily focused on new business development while nurturing the relationships you’ve forged with the new clients.

About the Role

This is a 100% BDM position with 80% Cold Calling for new clients.

Your primary focus will be ensuring you grow the customer base of CA marketing group through outreach methods including, but not limited to, cold calling, outbound emails and LinkedIn outreach whilst receiving support through regular sales training and some inbound leads. You'll have the opportunity to build on those relationships forged during the sales cycle to provide exceptional support and advice to your new clients, opening the door for referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities





- Hunt and prosect new opportunities through various outreach methods i.e cold calling
- Leverage your network and relationship building skills to generate referrals (easy wins).
- Understand each prospects business goals and recommend the solutions that support their growth.
- Work closely with our internal sales & marketing team to forecast for new clients onboarding .
- Monitor client performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide ongoing recommendations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your new accounts.
- Handle warm inbound enquiries and convert suitable opportunities into new clients.

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys Sales - prospecting and closing, and gets a sense of pride in delivery what you've pitched.

You’ll ideally have:

- A top-performing sales professional hungry for success.
- A proven ability to source your own opportunities and close out the deal!!!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A consultative approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of crushing targets.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
- Australian work rights or a valid work visa.
